A little bit about me
I'm an American communications consultant based in Rio de Janeiro, fluent in Portuguese and native in English — which turns out to be a specifically useful combination.
I work with Brazilian companies and international organizations on everything from communications strategy and editorial content to press materials, social media, and market research. What ties it together is a genuine command of the English language. I have an MA in Comparative Literature from Columbia University and firsthand experience building a consumer brand in Brazil. I understand how to apply the craft of language to the reality of running a business.
